Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of Naura Meets — a platform for 1-on-1 meetings within communities and by interests, available via the website and Telegram bot (“Service”). By using the Service, you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

2. Description of the Service

Naura Meets provides a format of regular meetings (Random Coffee) between community members. The Service matches pairs based on profiles, sends notifications, and provides tools for organising meetings. The Service may be used by meeting participants or community organisers.

3. Registration and Account

To participate, you must connect to the Telegram bot and complete the profile. You undertake to provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Telegram account and for actions taken through it.

4. Acceptable Use

When using the Service you agree to:

• Comply with applicable laws (including GDPR for users in the EEA).
• Not post offensive, illegal, discriminatory, or harmful content.
• Act respectfully toward other meeting participants.
• Not use the Service for spam, fraud, unfair advertising, or other unlawful activities.

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access for violations of these rules, without prior notice in case of serious breach.

5. Conditions for Community Organisers

Connection of Naura Meets for a community is governed by a separate agreement. Organisers are responsible for informing participants about the meeting format and obtaining their consent for data processing in accordance with applicable law.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights to the Service (design, interface, algorithms, Naura Meets brand) belong to the right holders. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. Copying, modifying, or distributing Service elements without permission is prohibited.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “AS IS”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Meetings are conducted by participants independently — we are not responsible for participants’ conduct during meetings.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability to you is limited to the amount actually paid for paid features in the last 12 months, or zero if no paid features were used. We are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, data loss, or other consequential harm.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the law specified in any separate agreement, or the law of the data controller’s country of registration. Disputes shall be resolved through negotiation; failing that, in the competent court.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms. Material changes take effect after notice (on the website, in the bot, or by email). Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new version.
